Chef Chris Barton, a Burlington, Ontario native, currently holds the esteemed position of Executive Chef at the Skirvin Hilton. His career is a tapestry of remarkable achievements. With ten years as a District Chef at Compass Group overseeing culinary operations for numerous educational institutions, a stint as the Chef at the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C., and roles in Caribbean resorts with Hyatt Hotels, a prestigious catering firm in Miami, and Opus Prime in OKC, Chef Chris has consistently showcased his ability to innovate and captivate audiences.

His culinary prowess has been enjoyed by dignitaries such as those attending the Presidential Summit of the Americas in Miami and even by Queen Elizabeth at the Gerard Pavilion Hotel.
