Meet Chef Black
Chef Andrew Black–a 2023 James Beard Award winner for Best Chef Southwest, and a 2022 James Beard Award semifinalist for Outstanding Chef–is a chef, restaurateur, and entrepreneur in Oklahoma City. He is proud to return to Skirvin Hotel to open his new restaurant, Perle Mesta—an immersive and impeccable dining experience.

New Years Eve Sparkling & Spirits Event
CHEERS! Join us for our first annual New Years Eve Sparkling Spirits Event at Perle Mesta that evening from 10PM – 2AM, that will include bottomless cocktail and champagne options.
Tickets are $225 per person, and is available to add on to your dinner reservation that evening. And you don’t want to miss our midnight toast!
